We stayed in a hotel right in the centre of the city, near the central shopping street. The room was quite spacious, with a working fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom was nice and private. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We had a few options to choose from for breakfast, and it was decent.
The hotel had a bit of an outdated Soviet-style look and feel, which wasn't great.
